"Moving forward: Five emerging themes revealed in new DEI research"
On June 29, 2021, iCIMS released its first DEI Report in partnership with Talent Board, titled "The State of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace."
In this blog post, which I "ghostwrote" for Sr. Associate Director of Culture, Belonging, Inclusion and Diversity (CBID), I identified major overarching themes that were found from the data in this report.

As a Communication Specialist, I own our company awards program. In 2021, iCIMS Video Studio was awarded the 2021 Top HR Product Award by Human Resource Executive and the HR Technology Conference & Exposition, of which I led the submission.
With this recognition, I "ghostwrote" this blog to share more on the product, it's impact and our company's attendance at the 2021 conference.
